Green Event came about after I experienced a wonderful Youth Orchestra Festival with over 800 kids in the multiple orchestras and 3,200+ attendees. Before the concert, I noticed the 100s of attendees surfing the web on their phones. After the concert, while my kids were packing up, I noticed the hundreds and hundreds of copies of the paper program littering the floor of the auditorium. I thought back to all of the band, choir, football, wrestling, orchestra, graduation,…. programs that I had attended over the years our kids were growing. We kept some memorable ones, but most ended up in the trash.
Green Event makes it easy to follow the agenda for the event and see the participants, without killing trees to make it happen.
